This was at almost 1:00 A.M. I was stressed thinking I had no options and was not going to be able to go to work at 7:00 A.M. that morning until a Google search brought me to HColon Roadside. I called and Eddie answered right away and said he would be over in 20 minutes. Just as quick as he got to where I was parked, he had the whole in my tire plugged and refilled my tire with air back to what it was before I ran over the nail. I cannot express my appreciation enough for Eddie and the service he provided. Stuff like this sticks with me. Truly a life saving moment that I will never forget. My boyfriend and I hit a pothole and got a flat coming home in the rain, driving through Mount Airy. I found out the hard way that my car did not come with a donut or a spare. It was 10:30pm on a Saturday. I had just finished seeing my mom (for what will probably be the last time), and, of course, it was cold and raining.... We called to see if someone could come help us asap. Eddie called us back immediately and drove 20 minutes just to get to us. He removed our busted tire, drove back another 20 minutes to the shop, placed a new tire on our rim (after inspecting it to make sure it wasn't bent), drove _all the way back_ (another 20 min), and put the new tire on for us. He accomplished all of this in just slightly over an _hour and a half_ from when I first called in. We were absolutely blown away by how quickly he fixed our tire and got us back on the road. (I've waited an hour and a half just for AAA to _get_ to me, in the past.) I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am that we called HColon. I would recommend them over any other roadside service, hands down. Eddie was super fast, super friendly, and incredibly skilled when we needed it most. Their prices are more than fair, for the fast response time and the level of care he showed. We especially appreciated how he was upfront about the cost, not to mention one of the sweetest mechanics I've ever met. We honestly feel like he went above and beyond for us. Eddie, we seriously can't thank you enough for helping us. You made an otherwise awful day a lot brighter. We wish you all the best!
